ADA Request Policy - #09-09-2021
Request for all types of services for attending meetings must be given three (3) weeks (15 business days) before the meeting the requester wishes to attend. All requests must be made by phone or in writing between 8 am and 4 pm. Monday through Friday.
Once services have been confirmed the requester will be notified.
Cancellation of requested services must be given 72 hours (3 full business days) prior to the meeting, between 8 am and 4 pm.
This policy was adopted at the September 9, 2021, regular meeting of the Burlington Township Board with a motion by Darlene Mack, 2nd by Barton Boyer, and carried.
